     Lettuce Leaves with Honey, Vinegar, and Mint Dip

Ingredients
Lettuce leaves (Romaine)
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1/2 Cup Honey
1 tablespoon fresh mint or to taste
 

Instructions
Trim, rinse, and drain lettuce leaves
Mix vinegar and honey together
Remove fresh mint leaves from stems. Rinse, drain and chop leaves.
Add mint to vinegar mixture.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as dip or salad dressing (You can store extra in a covered jar in fridge)
