     Corn Pudding

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt`
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 - 15 oz. can creamed corn
1 tbsp. butter
 

Instructions
Scald milk. Blend eggs, sugar, salt, flour and vanilla. Beat well
Add corn to mixture. Pour into 8 x 8 baking dish. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Dot with butter.
Bake 300 degrees for 1 hour, until set.
