     Brunswick Stew

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 onion
2 ribs celery
16 1/2 oz. shoepeg corn
10 oz. baby limas
1 lb. canned tomatoes
2 small potatoes, cubed
1/3 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
 
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
2--3 Tbsp. butter
instant potatoes

Instructions
In dutch oven, cover chicken with water. Add onion and celery. Boil until chicken comes off the bones easily. Remove chicken to cool and take off bones.
Add remaining ingredients. Cook two hous or until tender.
After vegetables are done, add chicken. Heat through. I add instant potatoes for thickness.
