Melt butter on low; add flour & stir until smooth. Cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over med, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Stir in salt and cheese until
cheese melts.
Add macaroni, and pour into lightly greased 2 qt or 11 X 7 baking dish. Bake 350 for 25-25 minutes or until bubbly.
Per serving- 427 calories, 23.4g fat, 71mg cholesterol, 746mg sodium.
