tunafish mixed with a bit of mayonnaise

carrot slithers

green onions, cut in slithers

Instructions |

|
|
Mix vinegar, sugar and salt over medium heat until blended. Add mixture to cooked rice; mix well.

Place some of the rice mixture on seaweed paper; top with a dab of tuna and a slither of each vegetable. Roll up and enjoy.
