     Lemon Chip Cake

Ingredients
(1) Box Yellow Cake Mix
(1) Box Lemon Instant Pudding
3/4 Cup Canola Oil
3/4 Cup Water
(4) Eggs
1.5 Cup Mini Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
(2) TBS. Butter
 
(2) Cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9 X 13 pan with pam. Mix on low speed, cake mix, pudding, oil, water and eggs for 1 minute. Increase speed for another 2 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips and pour mixture in pan.
Bake in oven for 45-47 minutes. Once complete, then prepare the glaze. In a pan on low heat, stir water, lemon juice and butter until butter is melted. Remove pan from heat and stir in powdered sugar. Return pan to heat and bring glaze to a boil, stirring non-stop until glaze is cooked for about 2 minutes.
Prick holes in rows on top of the cake. Pour hot glaze over cake, coating evenly.
