Ingredients
6 basil leaves (knuckle to end of finger size) more if smaller
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 parmesan cheese (use freshly grated)
1 clove garlic
2/3 c light olive oil
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp sea salt
 
Instructions
Chop parsley, basil leaves and nuts. Put all the ingredients in a cuisinart and chop until blended.
Make some cheese and spinach ravioli as directed on package and serve with pesto.
