     Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
24 Mushrooms (large, fresh)
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1/4 cup Onion (grated)
2 tbs Minced Parsely (fresh)
1/2 tsp Dried Whole Oregano
1/2 cup Soft Breadcrumbs
1/3 cup Butter (melted) or Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp Pepper
 

Instructions
Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels. Remove mushroom stems and finely chop. Set caps aside.
Combine stems and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spoon into mushroom caps.
Place caps on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
