2 T. WATER
1 t. SUGAR
TOPPING- 2 (3 OZ.) PKGS. CREAM CHEESE
1/8 t. TABASCO SAUCE
1 T. MILK
1 TBLSP.BUTTER (MELTED)
 
1/2 TSPN GARLIC POWDER

Instructions
MIX ONION, DIP MIX, WATER AND SUGAR INTO BOWL, STIR UNTIL DISOLVED. MASH MIXTURE INTO BRAUNSCHWEIGER. MIX WELL. SHAPE INTO A LOG OR MOUND. CHILL WHILE MAKING TOPPING.
MIX CREAM CHEESE WITH MILK,MELTED BUTTER,GARLIC POWDER AND TABASCO SAUCE UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY. SPREAD OVER ENTIRE ROLL OR MOUND. CHILL.
Serving Suggestions
SERVE WITH SMALL RYE ROUNDS OR CRACKERS. KEEP REFRIGERATED UNTIL READY T O SERVE.
