PLACE BUTTER,MILK,WATER,SUGAR AND SALT IN THE BREAD MAKER FIRST. MAKE SURE THE WATER IS HOT, BUT NOT BOILING, AS TO HOT WILL KILL THE YEAST. ADD FLOUR, INSTANT POTATOES. SPRINKLE THE YEAST ON TOP, AND SET BREAD MAKER FOR DOUGH SETTING.
PINCH OFF ROLL DOUGH, PLACE ABOUT A LARGE WALNUT SIZE AMOUNT INTO GREASED MUFFIN PANS. LET RISE, APPROX 30 MIN. BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MIN.
