1 1/2 - 2 c. heavy cream (can substitute light cream)
1 lb. fettuccini, cooked al dente
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat in pot- spinach, butter, bacon, ham and onion. Add fettuccini; mix thoroughly. Add eggs, cheese and cream and heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Do not boil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
