     Stuffed chicken breasts

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
8 thin slices ham, about 3 inch square
8 small triangles cheese (munster is good)
2 T. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. spinach (fresh or frozen)
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. paprika
 
Instructions
Slice breasts in half to make 8 thin pieces. Place on each- ham, cheese, 1/4 c. spinach. Roll up, place in casserole dish so they fit snugly. Any extra spinach can be sprinkled over all. Place 1/4 T. butter on each breast. Sprinkle bread crumbs, salt and paprika over all.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
