1 (2 pound) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
4 ounces extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or Pam.
In a large bowl, mix together the soup, sour cream, hash browns, 1/2 the cheese, and pepper/salt to taste. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, Stir one time and bake again for 20 minutes, sprinkle with remaining cheese on top bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
