|
In a bowl large enough to accomodate a slice of bread, whisk egg, cinnamon and milk together.

|
Dip bread slices, one at a time, in the milk/egg mixture until well coated.
|
|
|
Cook slices on a preheated griddle (or skillet), sprayed with non-stick spray if necessary, on medium - medium high heat until well browned on each side.
|
|
|
Top with sliced strawberries and sugar free maple syrup for a filling yet healthy version of a family favorite!
