     Halibut with corn and lime-cilantro butter

Ingredients
1 TBS milk
1 egg
1/4 C Flour
1/2 C Progresso Garlic Herb Bread Crumbs
4 6 oz halibut fillets
2 TBS olive Oil
1 clove garlic minced
4 TBS Butter
1 1/2 tsp lime juice
 
1/4 C fresh Cilantro
1 11 oz Shoepeg Corn

Instructions
Combine milk and egg, beat well. Place flour and bread crumbs in separate bowl. Coat fish with flour, dip in egg, coat fish with bread crumbs.
In skillet, combine oil, garlic and 2 tbs of the butter. Add halibut, cook 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, turn once. remove fish from the skillet and keep warm.
Add remaining 2 tbs butter, lime juice and cilantro to same skillet, stir to scrape up any brown bits from the bottom. Add corn, cook 2-4 minutes or unil thoroughly heated. Serve corn over halibut.
