Salt & Pepper both sides of the roast. Put the roast and onions in the crockpot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until you can shred it with a fork.

Shred the beef and discard the water and onion. Put the beef back in the crockpot and add the BBQ sauce. Make it as saucy as you like it. I usually put in just enough to coat the beef, then serve more on the side.

Put beef on hamburger buns and enjoy!

|
Hint- Don't put the sauce in until the meat is done cooking; it will be soggy and mushy if you do!
