     potato and cheese casserole

Ingredients
4-5 large potatoes, sliced
12 oz. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 jar hormel real bacon bits
1 small onion grated
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp fresh chives
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water
 

Instructions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
combine potatoes, onion, cheese and bacon bits in a large bowl. Add paprika, chives, salt, pepper, and sour cream and toss well.
place all ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and pour 1 cup of water all over it
bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until browned.
