Cook rice and set aside. Cook bacon and meat you have choosen together. When done take out of pan but leave drippings in pan.
Add fresh cracked pepper, dry mustard, ginger and soy sauce and saute the scallions, peppers, celery, onion, and mushrooms. Add the meat to the vegetables.
Heat for about 10 minutes. Add rice and mix thoroughly. Allow to simmer a little longer if needed, till everything is hot. ( add a little chicken broth or water so it doesn't burn).
When almost done add snow peas so that they only cook for about 5 - 8 minutes so they are not over cooked and wilted. May be served as a main dish or a side dish.
