Preheat oven to 400º. Saute onions, green peppers, and mushrooms in the butter. In an 13 in rectangular pan make a crust (with sides) out of the crescent rolls. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and a dash of salt.
Beat the eggs lightly and add whipping cream. Pour this mixture over the onion mixture. Sprinkle lightly with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted. Cut and serve in slices as you would a pizza. Serve hot.
