     Chilequiles Verdes

Ingredients
3 Chicken breasts cooked and cubed
1 medium Onion cooked (I microwave it)
2 LARGE cans of Enchilada verde sauce
2 cups shredded Mozzerella Cheese
2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack
1 1/2 Cream
1 bag of tortilla plain chips
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 Heat green enchilada sauce. In 9X13 baking dish, place about 1/2 of the chips, top with chicken and onions. Pour over 1/2 the heated sauce, 1/2 the cream and 1 cup monterry jack and 1 cup mozzerella.
Sauce should pretty much cover the chips. Repeat steps. Add a second layer of chips, use remaining chicken, onion, sauce, cream and cheese. I'm nver very exact about the quantities. You can add and subtract to your taste.
Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and everything is thouroghly warm.
Cut into squares and serve warm.
