Season flour with cayenne, black pepper, steak seasoning, and salt. Get eye of round roast and cut into slices then cut them into cubes. Roll them in the seasoned flour and fry in olive oil, and set aside.
Stir fry mushrooms in butter and add the beef to it. Add beef stock. Simmer for about 1 hour. Add sour cream and mix well. Serve over cooked rice
