     Spinach Dip

Ingredients
1 pkg, Frozen thawed and dried chopped Spinach
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts - chopped
1/3 cup green onions - chopped
Loaf Pumpernickel Bread
 

Instructions
Dry and finely chop spinach. Drain water chestnuts and finely chop. Blend all ingredients together. Cut off top of Pumpernickel Bread. Scoop out inside. Fill with dip. Use top and inside of bread as well as crackers or vegetables for dipping.
