Toast almonds (350F) for 6 to 10 minutes until golden. Watch carefully. Stir every two minutes. Place coleslaw mix in large bowl. Add sprouts, mushrooms, sunflower seeds and almonds.
Dressing- Empty seasoningpacket from noodles into blender. Add lesser amount of soya sauce, vinegar, oil and icing sugar(soya sauce will vary with the amount of cabbage). Blend. Add pepper. May be made ahead, then blended before placing on salad. Sprinkle a mixture of dry noodles and chow mein noodles on top.
