     Holiday Pumpkin Loaf

Ingredients
3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
1 t. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 t. ground cloves
1/2 t. ground nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
 
Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Grease loaf pan, 9x5x3 inch. Beat all ingredients in large mixer bowl on low, scraping bowl constantly 30 sec. Beat on med speed, scraping bowl occasionally 4 min. Pour into pan. Bake until pick in center comes out clean about 1 hr. 10 min. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan. If desired, cool completely & spread with Browned Butter Glaze, garnish as desired.
Browned Butter Glaze- Heat 1/4 c. butter in saucepan over med. heat until delicate brown, remove from heat. Mix in 1 c. powdered sugar. Stir in 2 -4 T. hot water. 1 T at a time, until desired consistency.
