2 tsp sugar - takes out the bitterness of the tomatoe
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Mince onion and garlic. Saute in olive oil until onion is clear and tender. Add the rest of the ingredietns to skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Makes enough sauce for 2 pizzas. Also makes a nice sauce for breadsticks and calzones.
