     Two - Hour Buns

Ingredients
4 cups flour
2 tbsp rapid rise yeast
3 cups warm water (120 to 130 F)`
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
additional 3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
 

Instructions
Mix yeast wellwith first 4 cups of flour. In a large, lightly greased mixing bowl, place flour and yeast and add remaining ingredients, adding approximately another 3 1/2 to 4 cups flour to form a soft dough.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes and punch down. Let rise again for 10 minutes and then form buns, placing in a pan or on cookie sheets. Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Bake 15 minutes at 375F.
