     Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
 
1/2 cup oil
1 cup pumpkin
Instructions
Mix ingredients all together. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with non stick spray. Bake for 1 hour at 325.
Serving Suggestions
One can of pumpkin makes a double batch.
