Ingredients
5 eggs
1 1/4 cups oil
1 15-oz. can of pumpkin
2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
2 packages cook and serve vanilla pudding
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
 
Nuts (optional)
Instructions
beat eggs, oil and pumpkin.
Combine dry ingredients and beat into pumpkin mixture.
Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Bake at 325 degrees for 75-80 minutes.
