     Creamed Spinach Southerly

Ingredients
2 10oz Packages of Frozen CHOPPED Spinach
1 8oz Package of Cream Cheese- Softened
1 Stick of Butter
1 Small Onion- chopped small
Salt & Pepper to Taste
 
Instructions
Steam the Spinach and drain well
Add all Ingredients to Casserole Dish and mix well
Sprinkle Bread Crumbs and Parmasean Cheese on top
Bake at 325- 350 degress for 1/2 hour
