     Chicken Savoy

Ingredients
Whole Chicken, cut into parts or
Chicken Breast only if preffered, skin o
2T finely chopped garlic
1T Dried Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
6-8 t grated fresh romano cheese
1/2 c Red Wine Vinegar
 

Instructions
Place Chicken skin side down in oven proof skillet or heavy pan - do not crowd pan or chicken will not brown
Sprinkle with (in this order): Garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, cheese
Place chicken in a pre-heated 500 degree oven (if your oven goes higher, do the highest setting) for 35 minutes
Remove from oven and pour on all of the vinegar, the dish should sizzle. Put back in oven for another minute or two.
Serving Suggestions
serve immediately
