     Pastry for Double-Crust Pie

Ingredients
20 cups of all-purpose flour
5 teaspoons of salt
60 to 70 tablespoons cold water
6 2/3 cups of shortening or lard
 

Instructions
In a mixing bowl stir together flour and salt. Cut in Shortening or lard till pieces are the size of small peas.
Sprinkle some water over the mixture . then toss with a fork
then seperate and roll out
