     Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse

Ingredients
In a bowl place the following and beat with a mixer until well blended.
1 8oz. block of cream cheese at room temp.
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter at room temp.
1 cup milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 pck instant chocolate pudding
Fold in 1 small container of Cool Whip.
 
Instructions
Serve in small dessert cups or expresso cups. Top with Cool Whip. I assume you could use low fat cream cheese and sugar free pudding and Cool Whip
