Cream sugars, butter and oil. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Stir in sifted flour, salt, soda and cream of tarter. Add coconut, oats, Rice Krispies and choc chips. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min.
