1 boiled egg per person, peeled and roughly chopped
1 carton (300g) of cheese sauce, store bought or home made
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Grated parmesean, as desired
Other optional extras
chopped smoked sausage instead of bacon
fresh chopped parsley stirred into mac - cheese combo
Crunchy breadcrumb topping
mushrooms
Instructions
Dry fry bacon, set aside, use fat in pan to cook onions till soft, add to bacon.
Combine with cooked pasta and cheese sauce, add peas, combine and season.
Place into greased baking dish, top with grated cheeses and bake for 20 mins at GM6/200c until golden brown.
Serve with tomato salad.
