|
After cutting potatoes, dry slightly with a paper towel and place in a plastic baggie.
Sprinkle olive oil into bag and mix with potatoes.

Special Seasoning Mix
Equal parts of-
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Dried Chives
I usually make mine with 1/3 cup of each and keep it in an airtight container.

|
Sprinkle Special Seasoning into baggie and distribute onto potatoes.
|
|
|
Pour potatoes onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 30-40 till tips of potatoes are browning.
