     Italian Sandwich Casserole

Ingredients
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cans crescent rolls
1/4 lb thinly sliced ham
1/4 lb thinly sliced salami
1/4 lb pepperoni
1/4 lb thinly sliced Swiss cheese
1/4 lb thinly sliced Provolone cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp Italian seasoning
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Roll one can of rolls out into sheet in a 13 x 9 pan (lightly greased, I use Pam-type spray). Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
Layer meats and cheeses (except Parmesan)on top. Beat the eggs. Pour most over the meat and cheese.
Place other can of rolls on top to create a crust. Brush with small amount of egg. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top.
Bake at 350 25 minutes, or until crust appears done.
Serving Suggestions
May want to try with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping. Also I am experimenting with best way to get the bottom crust done. Watch this!
