     Cornbread stuffing

Ingredients
1 roasting hen or chicken (store bought rotisseri is fine)
1/2 bag of cornbread stuffing mix (6oz of Kraft Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing)
Make cornbread and crumble it (1 box krusteaz cornbread)
6 boiled eggs mashed or diced
approx. 26 oz of chicken broth
1 can of cream of celery OR asparagus
1 can cream of chicken soup
add diced celery and scallons
 

Instructions
Cook hen/chicken according to directions (bought a rotisserie chicken) take chicken off bones and cut into small pieces Mix all ingredents
Bake 350 until brown will take longer if not totally thawed (mine didnt brown on top) (mixed this a few days ahead of time and froze it in baking pan; baked at meal time)
