     SEAFOOD SOUP

Ingredients
12 OZ AMERICAN CHEESE
1/2 LB MARGARINE
1 CUP FLOUR 1 1/2 OZ CHICKEN BASE
TSP MINCED GARLIC
1/4 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
1/4 TSP WHITE PEPPER
1/2 TBSP SALT (ONLY IF NEEDED)
1 TSP ONION PWDR
1 1/2 OZ PARSLEY FLAKES
 
1 LB OF SHRIMP
1 LB OF CRAB
1/2 GALLON MILK

Instructions
in a large pot on low to medium heat. Melt cheese and milk stirring frequently
In a medium pan melt margarine and add floor stirring 2-3 minutes.. medium heat (do not brown)
Briskly whisk rue into milk and cheese mixture until thickened. Now stir in chicken base and herbs.
Add the shrimp and Crab. Simmer for 10 minutes or so making sure not to over cook shrimp.. STIR FREQUENTLY. Add more milk if too thick..
