3 six-ounce cans chunk light tuna in water (drained)
1/4 cup Italian style dry bread crumbs
2T mayo (olive oil mayo if you have it)
1T dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
non-stick cooking spray
whole wheat hamburger buns
1/2 cup mayo
lemon juice
1T fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat BBQ and broiler.
In bowl, combine tuna, bread crumbs, 2T mayo, mustard, salt and pepper and mix well to combine.
Shape mixture into 4 patties. Transfer to a baking sheet coated with non-stick spray. Broil burgers for 5 minutes per side until light brown. Transfer to BBQ and grill 2 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
Combine 1/2 cup mayo, lemon juice (to taste) and parsley. Serve with burgers.
