     Rum Ribs

Ingredients
2 racks of ribs, cut into 4 rib pieces
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chili sauce (ie. chili ketchup)
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup dark rum
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
 
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
Pour 2 inches of water into a large pot and place ribs in it. Cover and par boil the ribs on the stove for approximately 20 minutes on high. Preheat oven to 325F.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together to make a sauce.
In a turkey roaster, place par boiled ribs and all of the sauce and bake at 325F for 2.5 hours, mixing the ribs every 15 to 20 minutes.
