BBQ the chicken breasts with oil and salt and pepper.

BBQ the mushrooms and peppers with oil and salt and pepper.
|
|
|
Cut up the chicken, mushrooms and peppers. Place cheese and the chicken/veggies on 1/2 a tortilla shell.
|
|
|
Fold over and fry in frying pan on both sides. Cut up and serve.
