     Super Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened coco
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup hot coffee
1 cup milk
 
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Sift together all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add oil, coffee, milk and mix for approximately 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla; beat 2 more minutes (batter will be thin).
Cake Instructions-Pour into pan, bake for approximately 35 minutes at 325 degrees.
Cupcake Instructions-Pour into cupcake wrappers, bake for approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Instructions for Candy Filling for Cupcakes- Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into each cup, filling about 2/3 full. Place candy in center of wrapper, pressing down but not completely to the bottom, the top of the candy should be covered by cake batter. Instrcutions for chocolate chip dough Cut cookie dough into 24 pieces; roll each into a ball. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into each cup, filling about 2/3 full. Place one ball of dough in the center of each muffin cup, pressing down but not completely to the bottom, the top of cookie dough should be covered by cake batter.
