Instructions |

Brown ground beef and onion. Once onion is translucent, add diced tomatoes and taco seasoning.

Spray a casserole dish with Pam. Scoop beef mixture into tortillas. Roll and place in dish.

|
|
|
Top with enchilada sauce and cheese.
|
|
|
|
Bake 45 minutes at 350F.
