1 Pound white candy coating or white chocolate pieces

24 Cups of popped popcorn
|

3/4 cup finely crushed peppermint candy
|

Instructions |

|
Melt white candy in microwave or in heavy kettle stirring until smooth.
|
|
|
Place popcorn in large bowl, pour on about 1/2 of the melted candy, stir well repeat with other half stirring well.
|
|
|
Sprinked on 1/4 cup of crushed peppermint and stir in, repeat twice more. Pour onto wax paper liked baking sheet.
|
|
|
When hardened, break apart. Store in air tight container.
|
