     Upside down apple pie

Ingredients
4 TBS butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 Cup Sugar
1/3 c. flour
dash (or more) cinnamon
2 TBS melted butter
5 large apples sliced
 

Instructions
Ingredients- 2 pie crusts (homemade is best!) Frozen or refrigerated works Combine- 4 TBS butter melted 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped pecans Spread mixture in the bottom of pie pan with wax paper on bottom (or sprayed really well) Put a pie crust on top of this.
Mix- 1 Cup Sugar 1/3 c. flour dash (or more) cinnamon 2 TBS melted butter 5 large apples sliced Put in crust and top with other crust- pinch edges Put slits in top Bake 375 degrees for about an hour Cool 5 minutes and flip the whole thing over and cool. Great with ice cream on top!
