Cook Time- 35 Min
For the crust- In a food processor, blend all ingredients until it is crumbly dough. Pat dough into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
For the topping- In a mixing bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until blended. Stir in flour and lemon juice. Pour mixture evenly over the crust and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and cool.
