     Tomato Rabbit Eggs

Ingredients
1 10.5 oz can tomato soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 English Muffins
butter
 

Instructions
Pour soup into a skillet, stir in milk and heat to simmering. Add cheese and heat, stirring until cheese is melted. Break eggs one at a time into a saucer and slide carefully into tomato rabbit. Cover and barely simmer until eggs are done, 3-5 min.
Meanwhile, split and toast english muffins. Butter lightly and place on warm plates. Place an egg on each muffin half and spoon some of the sauce over it.
