      Won ton soup

Ingredients
4 dozen filled uncooked won ton
3 quarts boiling salted water
7-8 c. clear chicken broth
2 tbsp. shoyu
 

Instructions
Drop won ton into boiling water. Cook no more than 8 at a time to prevent sticking. When won ton rises to top of water, simmer 4 minutess. Drain.
Heat broth with shoyu. Divide cooked won ton into individual soup bowls. Pour hot broth over won tons. Top with garnishes.
