     Creamy Rice & Chicken

Ingredients
2 cans Cream of Celery Soup
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups (1 pint) Sour Cream
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup (Dry)
1 box 23 Herb Uncle Bens Rice
1 1/2 cupUncle Ben Converted Rice
2 1/2 cup water
Salt
Pepper
 
8 - 12 Chicken Legs
Instructions
In a skillet,season and saute chicken legs until golden brown
Heat oven to 350. In a large aluminum pan/roasting pan, add all ingredients except the chicken and mix well and spread evenly in the pan
add chicken pushing gently into the rice mixture leaving half exposed cover and place in oven.
Bake 2 hours
