     Sweet & Sticky Ribs

Ingredients
1/2 cup Molasses
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 lbs of ribs
Can add a llittle bit of hot sauce.
 

Instructions
Mix molasses and vinegar. Pour 1/4 cup into a 2 gallon ziploc bag. Add ribs, turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Heat oven to 325. You'll need a foil-lined roasting pan with a rack. Place ribs on rack (discard bag) Sprinkle with 1 tsp each salt and pepper. Cover with foil; bake 1 1/2 hours. Meanwhile, in saucepan, simmer remaining molasses mixture 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Brush ribs with mixture; bake, UNCOVERED, 1 - 1 1/2 hours until tender. Drizzle with remaining molasses mixture.
